The next day, it woke up in an unfamiliar place with a very, very different body, and started to look around the island for anything or anyone familiar. [attr="class","rcappleft2"] [attr="class","rcappleft3"] [attr="class","rcappleft4"] [attr="class","rcapplefttitle"]CHARACTER ABILITIES [attr="class","rcappleft51"] ELECTRICITY Even in human form, Pikachu produces a large amount of electricity and can use it. However, since it isn't something it often uses outside of battle for obvious reasons, most of it gets discharged safely. Whenever its emotions are running high or it is feeling under the weather, it tends to accidentally zap those around it.[break][break] AWARENESS It is extremely in tune with what is going on around it, whether the subtle changes are in the environment or other living beings. This heightened sense of knowing leads most commonly to empathy. What others may not notice, this one does. It can barely remember if there was, because for it, life began the day the boy chose him. Or, lets face it, was stuck with him. The details of that don't matter; it was nothing short of fate that they ended up together, best friends and partners with an unshakeable bond that nothing could tear apart.[break][break] Their youth and exuberance lead to many glorious adventures. How many people joined up with them along their journey? How many lives did they touch in some way or another? How many dreams did they help realize on the way to achieving their own bright future? If it could spends its entire life living every day like that, it would be happy until its final breath.[break][break] So it is easy to understand how, upon waking up in another place with another body, that the pokemon simply known as Pikachu felt lost and out of place. Without Ash, without the friends it made in the Alola region, without anything that felt like home, all it could do was wander aimlessly in a cloud of confusion.[break][break] This wasn't right. This isn't right. Going home is the number one priority. Until then, every day is a trial in and of itself, and all it wants to do is find something to hold on to that is familiar and warm.[break][break] It doesn't help that it can't speak or fully understand the language.[break][break] Despite the situation it has found itself in, things aren't all bad. Not entirely. It gets by each day on cues and emotions, and can navigate most social situations without too many hiccups, even if it boils down to just smiling and pointing a lot. That's how it managed to get its job as a delivery person, because if nothing else, it is extremely good at finding where to go.
