(she may or may not have also flattened a shop, and now works at the shop part-time in order to pay back the damages with what she would have earned as wages) [attr="class","rcappleft2"] [attr="class","rcappleft3"] [attr="class","rcappleft4"] [attr="class","rcapplefttitle"]CHARACTER ABILITIES [attr="class","rcappleft51"] JUSTICE AND EXECUTIONJustice and Execution are a pair of weapons that are bound to Shizuna. in fact, they are the physical manifestion of Kirin's horn, divided into two. as such, the weapons themselves can be any other weapon that shizuna wishes for at the time. the most important part is that shizuna herself has the natural ability to wield any weapon - and that these two are their own unique 'feel'. justice is the embodiment of all things good and positive - as such, when dealing with monsters, abilities or anything else within the physical realm (including auras) - it is very effective. meanwhile, execution is the opposite, being the embodiment of all things evil and negative. meaning, that if for example, someone's angers manifests into an actual aura that tries to snake around shizuna, justice can cut it. so on and so forth - it's representative of the kirin's ability to enact judgement on good and evil. [break][break][break] CENTER SPIRIT KIRINKirin is a spirit first and foremost. to utilize any of their powers, they needed a willing avatar and host. shizuna was one of this - despite her decision being made under duress. the spirit itself has a vast wealth of power, considering that they are the begining and end in shizuna's world. they are the penultimate - they give life and they take it. purification, contamination, good, evil, strength - all things associated with the spirit. interestingly enough, shizuna cannot use kirin's powers until she has unlocked them within herself, which at this time she hadn't quite done. [break][break][break] FAMILY HERITAGE OTHERWORLDLY SIGHTHer family, before it's untimely massacre, was known for their eyes. their eyes could see beyond the 'veil of the world' as it is called. they can see the weird, the strange, the not quite right. in fact, they can see the truth. shizuna's own eyes are powerful - but uncontrollable. if she removes her blindfold, gazing upon the world for more then a mere moment will give her a headache. the blindfold dulls her sight, to the fact that she can now see when someone lies - the air around them changes somehow - and if someone is either hiding, or near her immediately presence, allowing her to pick out 'people signature' that she knows. [break][break] her feet land on the ground, fingers curled around Justice. [break][break] Justice. a word that people loved to cry about. [break][break] 'it's not fair!' 'that's unjust!' so on and so forth. [break][break] their small mouthes cry and cry over the things they do not control. they want and want and do not a damn thing about it, the filthy pigs. yet, she was not one to lump all into one and one into all. people were as varied as there were words, she had learned. [break][break] but still, their yapping over silly words irritated her. [break][break] the tendril moves in the corner of her eye. she had no more time to occupy her thoughts with such noise. [break][break] ''let's dance.'' [break][break] SEEKER, WHAT DO YOU SEE?Welcome, welcome. [break][break] You sought me, curious one. Of course, I know clearly what you seek. Shizuna... that child is quite a handful - even in her own world. [break][break] Then again, her world is a place where the weak get devoured - like she nearly did. [break][break] Her family is one with a long, distinguished history. Of course, none of them have last names - that particular human particularity had faded long ago in their eyes. But they were known for their gaze. Their gaze that can see beyond the shells that make up our mortal world. I think that's what made them fall in the end, too much power for mere mortals. [break][break] Of course, her family were not kind people - not by a long shot. Their little trait made them feel superior to others. And yet, they treated their own kith and kin extremely harshly, wanting only the best of them. She had the misfortune to be born not immediately strong. And so, her so called family pushed and pulled, abused and discarded. [break][break] She was trash to them. [break][break] And yet, she was the only one that survived that day. One day, they went too far - and judgement, some would say, was rained down upon them. She, a mere child, was spared. Well, spared is a strong word - she was on death's door, when she made a deal. Bind her eyes, hide their power from the world, and become their avatar, and she would be saved. Her strong family was dead, and she the weakling, saw a chance to grow stronger. [break][break] That child is a survivor, so of course she took the deal. [break][break] Since then, the pair has been together. Since she was a mere child, she was one with them. And her eyes - her eyes are the strongest of her family to say the least. Although, like promised, she bound her eyes. But she had made an oath then. [break][break] They would be hunted down, one by one, like wild dogs. [break][break] And luckily for her, their purpose - the spirit's of course - was the same. She learned things on her own, only bailed out by the spirit when necessary. Over the years, she's developped her own little particularities. But her goal was within reach - for she was now on 'gazers'. Foul creatures that. [break][break] But, that's only the start of the story, as vague as it is. [break][break] Me? Many call me the Knowledge Keeper. However, you may call me Empress. [break][break] I will see you soon, of course.
