Jean Kirschtein has been through a lot in his nineteen years being alive. He's seen death, destruction, poverty, elitism and betrayal on all fronts. His transition into life on Tomodachi Island wasn't a smooth one and he still hasn't completely returned from the war. However, he's making strides to come to terms with what happened and the man that he is now. [break][break]

Friendships aren't something that Jean looks for. Many of his friends died during his time in his original world and forming attachments often leads to disappointment. Persistence and insistence on being part of his life are the best ways to garner friendship from him. Otherwise, he'll deny the feeling and only speak to you once he is spoken to.[break][break]

Jean had an enemy or rather a rival in his original world. But after some introspection, he found that their rivalry was only based on differing ideologies. He's learned to be tolerant of other people but he won't uphold someone else's bullshit. If you're going to attack him, be hostile towards him (or Marco) and anyone else that doesn't deserve it — you're on his shitlist. Jean handlesh is business up close and personal, being unafraid to get his hands a little dirty. [break][break]

His heart belongs to the one and only MARCO BODT. If anyone wants to challenge that, feel free, but it is highly unlikely as his end-game is already decided. What attracts Jean the most is someone who isn't exactly like him. He wants someone warm-hearted and kind, unafraid to call him out when he's being an idiot, and there to help him rather than coddle him.

Matthew "Matt" Holt is an energetic and fun-loving young man that was put to the paces by being thrown into an intergalatic war. Even though parts of him didn't make it out of the battle, he retains his wit and his mind which makes it easier for him to cope and adapt. Currently, he is helping to run the cafe/flower ship "Pawffee" and enjoys pursuing knowledge in its many forms while enjoying life.[break][break]

You can never have too many friends in Matt's book. He was always the person who knew others in school but was never the guy. If you strike up a conversation with him, 9 times out of 10, he'll respond with the same amount of energy. He doesn't tolerate people who hurt others for their own benefit. And he doesn't accept right-winged justice as the cause for such behavior. Years ago, Mabel would've been tripping over herself at the sight of someone else. All she wanted was a boyfriend to start off her summer romance. But things change with time and people have a tendency to change too. Mabel has since then learned that it's okay to be by yourself and sometimes it's even more fun than being in a relationship. Though at the same time, she's been mulling over the idea of being in a relationship with another girl. Boys are cute and all but girls are pretty awesome too.

Madoka is over-trusting and has a habit of giving someone chances over and over again until it becomes too taxing for her. Sometimes, she can put her foot down especially when someone is being openly toxic and dangerous to others. She's been asleep for a very long time but even she remembers what it was like to have a crush. It was a long time ago and she can't say that with her newfound knowledge, she retains any prejudices against which sex she prefers.
