[break][break] FRIENDS It should come as no surprise that someone of her history has difficulty making and claiming to have friends. Even as the sole leader of the nefarious “Team Imum”, her own members didn't always take too well to her, many often seeking her life in hopes of acquiring her position. She had allies who she'd place her life into the hands of, but the word “friend” felt too innocent, too... underwhelming for what they meant to her. She's over thirty years old, for Pete's sake, and she doesn't know how to have a casual conversation. If you're seeking her friendship, expect her to be distant and bristly – but making an effort, I swear – and never actually call you her friend. You'll simply be one of few people she doesn't think might stab the knife in her back and twist it. Hard. [break][break] ENEMIES Enemies are far more familiar ground for a trainer once called Terror Incarnate. While time has lead her to take further strides to be more “understanding” of those around her, it hasn't entirely changed the fact that even slight inconvenience from someone around her can incur wrath of disproportionate size. Odd things get under her skin, and considering she spent most of her life in the mindset of “in my way equals worthy of death”, she doesn't take too kindly who inhibit her path or her motivations, regardless of how much they do or how intentional it may be. Now, clearly, she doesn't go around stabbing people. … Anymore. That does not mean that people tend to fear her, however. She gives off the vibe of someone who may break your arm if you were to look at her wrong (and she could, if she wanted to, in most cases), and many tend to steer clear of her for it. Enemies are made from the arrogant and the reckless; if you make the mistake of crossing paths and say just five things wrong, she'll probably label you at minimum an annoyance and teach you to watch your tongue – and where you walk. [break][break] LOVERS Long thought the unlovable by most, and most would be right. Lorelei has no drive for romance, nor the physical contact that most associate with it; to her, it's simply a waste of time. However, because of past experiences, this spot is currently occupied. If you were hoping to slip in here, between the presence of another and her general apathy toward the section in general, I'm afraid to say you're tough out of luck.

Ultimately, his goals are benevolent: protect the meek even at the cost of his life. Admirable, maybe, if he didn't go about it terribly wrong. People with similar ideals to him can breeze through his walls no problem, largely because he so rarely meets anyone who does. Otherwise, the only way to worm your way here is through persistence, pure and simple. All walks of life have grown on him eventually, and when one has, even if he'll never say it to your face, you've got a friend as dedicated as a dog. [break][break] ENEMIES Hatred runs through his veins as thick as blood, pushing him forward, pulling him from his ever-chasing despair. He feels it for many: politicians, religious figure heads, gangs, murderers, thieves, and so on and on. Those who prey on the weak are worthy of a bullet to the head, and he's all too happy to supply it. Once you have been labeled an enemy, there's virtually no going back. Someone who steps on the happiness and well being of other's for the sake of their own is as good as dead to him, and he's never had the skills to bring the dead back to life. [break][break] LOVERS Impossible. The fact of that matter is that Nikki's already in love, madly, with a woman who's been dead for nearly three years now, but despite her status as deceased, he can't bring himself to move on. It was his fault she died, after all; the least he can do is honor her memory in death. (That being said, however, if you want to romance it up in the AUs, it'd be hard to decline. ;o)

Anything made for or with her design or voice bank becomes part of her and her hive mind, although it's been cut short ever since her journey to Tomodachi Island. On the bright side, the island's accommodating attitude to anomolies like herself have allowed her free reign on the island's Internet and any – yes, any – electronic hooked up to it. She lacks physical form, unfortunately, as well as the ability to sing of her own accord, so she's most often seen passing through screens and begging any and all to give voice to her song. Between concerts, of course! [break][break] FRIENDS Amiable by nature, Miku has no problems going out, being social, and making friendly relations. Trouble might come in that she's... well, known to be a bit annoying. Because she has such of ease of access into anything hooked up to the Internet or user accounts, she can make her way into almost any place on the island, including personal residence and high security areas, and because she lacks the need to eat, sleep, or preform any other “human chores”, she can become a burden when someone's, say, trying to sleep. She means well in nearly all cases, but her clingy nature and all that's been mentioned before makes most hesitant to keep up a long-lasting friendship with her. She's best from a distance, most would agree. [break][break] ENEMIES Insult her singing and you're dead to her. Insult music as a medium of self expression and art in general, and you're also probably dead to her. Music is her life, the reason for her creation, so she'll defend it to her dying breath... pixels. Honestly, though, making an enemy out of her is quite the chore. She takes most things in stride and knows how to handle an insult without getting in a huge huff over it. She's understanding – almost too much so, in fact. Because of songs that painted her a murderer, she gained (part) the mentality of one, so while she'd never commit such an act, herself, meeting face-to-face with someone who's done terrible wrongs doesn't faze her in the slightest. She's been a bit of everything, so she gets a bit of everyone. You've got to be trying really hard to get on her permanent bad side. [break][break] LOVERS If music was a physical, tangible person, and she was also a physical, tangible person, she'd probably be macking on that already. As it is, though, Miku's as single as the come – albeit not trying very hard for a significant other – and if you don't mind having a girlfriend who you can never touch, feel free to try and court her.

Like seriously, chicka, I've seen you around forever but not once have I actually been on a site at the same time that you have (as far as I'm aware of) but I've seen what you crank out and damn I want to get with that >x So you don't know how excited I was that you beat me to plotting, because tbh, Azura and Miku was one of the first things I was gonna throw out once I got time to do some more typing!

Nikki -- poor baby gets my sympathy for what he's been through -- deserves more breaks than he's given. While I haven't listened (yet) to Operation: Mindcrime, I have read the story for it because I was legit curious after seeing some of your coding revolve around it, and it kicked me in the feels. So I'm stoked to see what life you breathe into this character, babycakes <3

Robin doesn't remember her tactician days, but so much of that has ingrained itself in her essence. It isn't an oddity to see her playing chess against the highest difficulty or putting herself up against a human adversary, or get lost pouring over maps and blueprints to soak up all she can from them. She'd gladly offer opinions and support, and since his job wouldn't come up in casual conversation, it wouldn't be a moral crossroads for him. (Though, more than likely, it is something she'd understand, because things are never black and white.)

She's content being a librarian for now, yet that's something I'm planning on changing depending on how she develops. Some of those potentials would need her knowing someone who is very capable with handling themselves in situations that require high physical strength, and hey, if nothing else that's something she can count on-- *shot*

Give these two time and they'll become buddies. Having them meet coming back to the apartment and walking to the same block would be an easy intro. If you're interested, I can get something tossed up within a day or two c:

OKAY SO-- oops, indoor voice.

While writing up Azura's profile, I let the "singer" part as simply that without any details because I had this incredibly fun little idea. Cold as she might be inside, there's one thing that gets to her no matter how hard she denies it, and that's music. And Miku? Miku is living, breathing music in so many ways, and that's absolutely fascinating.

If you don't mind these two already knowing each other and having a fairly good repertoire built up (not exactly friends, but...) based on this shared passion, then I'd love for the two of them to write music together. Sitting underneath a tree on a warm day with a glass of lemonade and a cell phone, quietly sharing thoughts and notes while experimenting with melodies, trying to express feelings through beautiful lyrics... yeeees.

Singing their songs together would be a given in private, and eventually having a show together would be a small dream of Azura's. Having someone to actually discuss music with would be so refreshing for her because she's never really had anyone who shares the same love for it, and yes I am 100% behind these two building each other up ;o;

now as for lorelei and dazai i absolutely adore everything you said? i do think they have some very similar aspects which can, depending on how their first interaction go, make them stick together or push them further apart. i do think dazai would find a giant, flaming dog very interesting (he‘s used to white tigers but dogs? that‘s not something he‘d seen yet!) and he would probably memorize the time when she usually pays the shop a visit/eventually recognize her as a regular. he would likely find her interesting as well - least, enough to eventually speak a word to her and inquire her about her day and perhaps eventually even the dog and then we can have them open up about their pasts one late afternoon when everyone already left but either she or he could have a very strange/bad day. dazai gets those on a regular basis, but usually keeps them inside/doesn‘t show something isn‘t okay but i could see him being less energetic while she‘d probably be used to a giant nerd wiggling around the counter and making little to no sense? IDK, I‘M RAMBLING, BUT I HOPE I‘M MAKING SOME SENSE HAH. and that you get something from this big mess!!

Thank you Leap! I've always wanted to role play as Lillie because she's like the best girl but I could never find the perfect site. When I found yours, I had to do it and I'm so happy with how it turned out! And hush about the plotting. What you came up with is ten times better than what I could ever come up with it. Mutou Yugi -

So this is definitely where I can see the most development for Lillie and maybe even Yugi? They both have so much in common and I feel like Lillie will be able to open up more around him. I kinda get this Sun & Moon protagonist vibe from him and they were the ones who helped Lillie gain her confidence. I know it won't be so easy for Yugi as it was for the protagonist but it's a start! So like everything else you said, I love it! Yugi's been on the island a lot longer than Lillie has and she's still having trouble getting used to it all. I can totally see her asking Yugi for help with her schoolwork, asking a ton of questions about the island, and where can she find the best clothing store lol.

Lorelei Ackermann -

Lillie misses her mother dearly and even though she's a crazy person, she still loves her. So, she's trying to deal with those feelings on top of all the other things. I wouldn't be surprised if she seen some similarities between Lorelei and Lusamine which can be either good or bad. For Nebby it's perfect, because this chick has a full party of pokemon for it to play with and Nebby's going to want Lillie to come along whether she likes it or not. So while the babies are playing, Lillie and Lorelei can get to know each other and talk about pokemon.

OMFG YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS ♥♥ Okay but seriously Leap, this is the greatest thing I've seen in my life. I can totally see Marley getting the wrong idea when she finds Lillie chasing Nebby around. It's not running for it's life Marley, I promise. But what I'm most excited about is the relationships between Mew/Cosmog and Marley/Lillie. Lillie's going to be amazed when she finds out Marley is a pokemon,
a legendary at that. She's going to want to know everything about her because that's cool AF and none of the books she's read said anything about this. She'll also be curious to see if she knows any information on Nebby. And we all know how Nebby's going to be lol.

now alex is no musical genius, and that's a fact. she doesn't know much about it besides she likes it, and that's about it. but seeing as alex is such a huge internet icon for tomodachi island, i can't help but think that somehow she would grab miku's attention (or that miku would grab alex's!). on alex's earth, miku was only a program of sorts to make music. she was probably aware of vocaloid, but not really knowledgable of it. so to meet one, in real like (or as real as an AI program can get)? that's insane! it'd probably really pique alex's interest, and she'd be dying to learn all about miku and how she came to be.[break][break]

unfortunately alex can't really help miku out on the music front, since alex has no idea how to write it. but i still feel like there's something here, something interesting! i'd love to hear what ideas you might have for them <3

Marco, peaceful as he is, is up for small tricks and pranks, and frankly, I think Miku could very possibly be great for that. I know that Marco would definitely chat with her, if she's as chatty as I think she is. Marco would probably be a bit annoyed if she's constantly stalking his messages and stuff (especially if I get that Jean Kirschtein wanted ad of his filled) but I think he'd really value their friendship.[break][break]

Don't think I haven't noticed all the references all across the site (including the Persona 3 placeholder pic for one of your templates). If you ever need someone to join you in capslocking OST lyrics with you, I'm your girl. I don't care who says Last Surprise is repetitive IT GIVES ME LIFE. Trying to not act like a giddy fool that you've just called my app beautiful shuasahida Goro is my favorite character so it means a lot when people are like "oh hey you did alright, kid". I hope fate turns around and allows you to play through the rest of the game because it is PHENOMENAL. If you wanted, my friend Angel watched a playthrough of it and would absolutely be willing to share the link with you, I'm sure!! And no worries about calling him Akechi or Goro, for real. You can call him Billy and I would accept it.

[break][break]The funny thing is, I definitely had these doppleganger thoughts spiraling through my head as well. GOTTA LOVE MISTAKEN IDENTITIES. Depending on where the heck Angel and I are with Goro and Akira (what are forum timelines? We just don't know), this reaction of Goro's could be hilarious(ly angsty), panicked, confused, etc etc. Basically it'll be a good time. x100 good time if Goro and Akira are and then Goro sees Nikki walking around. Like, damn. LOVE ME SOME AWKWARD ENCOUNTERS.

[break][break]As for Omega Five, I'm only aware of what's on the information page, but if there's more reading up I can do on them I'd be more than happy to consume new information! Judging by what I know so far, I can't say that Goro is necessarily willing to join them. Yet. At the moment he's dealing with the trauma story that is, well, his life, which came to a tragically early end. He's not currently looking to go roughing anyone up, but if Omega Five is the sort to persuade people, I could see that becoming an option down the line. While he doesn't want to get his hands dirty now, he's rather good at dirtying said hands, and at turning a blind eye to the guilt that blooms as a result. In the present, though, as you said, he's liable to end up on the watch list which I am MORE THAN OKAY WITH because that sounds really cool and I'm ALWAYS up for making my characters live a hard life 8]

[break][break]For Nikki following Goro about and observing our resident dork sweater boy, I'll offer an idea of my own, as well! One that we can scratch off the list for now, or consider for later use! Considering Goro's fragile mental state at the moment and lack of recovery time, he's much more liable to snap at someone if pushed the wrong way. How strongly he reacts depends on who is pushing which buttons, but if the situation calls for it I could see him zapping out a Persona for a good ol' Mementos style party. Cue Omega Five dog piling him.

[break][break]As I said, that can be shelved for later if we even want to go that route xD I'm also loving the idea of Nikki being all 8| coolie spy dude and Goro just whipping out his Law and Order skills to be like "I think you're SUSPICIOUSly handsome hello older Akira".

so i've come for my compulsory plot with nikki u_u

honestly though, i think these two have a fair bit in common. they have similar themes to their stories (betrayal, wanting to be heroes, a bit of disregard for personal health) so i think they'd be able to get along fairly well? on the other hand genji's come to terms with his past (with a bit of help), so he can also act as a low key confidant for nikki. you know; give him some friendly advice, a shoulder to lean on etc. etc.

OKAY SO hi meet the thief with social anxiety ( who really operates mainly on recon and is a fairly good tail if only because he can go invisible smh ) who is probably the worst omega 5 recruit ever because you have hitmen and spies and then-- a cat burglar who can transform into a dragon and is great at chilling drinks.

but like do you remember the thread on CT where nikki mistakes ivor for a target and shoots him-- consider: nikki once shooting AU!joseph + joseph once being attacked by AU!nikki ( cue a lot of suspicious staring on their first meeting/assignment, and a lot of "do i actually know you?" )

djsfkh one day i will give you more coherent plots but other than that jose is a pretty chill colleague who brings in morning coffee for people if they want + generally concerned for the wellbeing of these people so if nikki ever does want to complain about life, he's here to listen.

"EXCUSE ME BUT I SAW YOUR ADVERTISEMENT ON A REALLY SHADY BATHROOM WALL AND OH MAN YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO LIVE NEAR A GHOST HUNTER—hey, is anybody home? Yoohoo?"

I imagine Reigen is under his desk with his coffee thinking "SHIT IT'S THE FEDS. oh wait, false alarm. also that was my door."

. . . Or? I think that my ghost nerd kid would really want to work for your conman psychic. All things considered, I actually imagine that Dipper would like him a lot, since tbh he comes from a family of crooks and liars anyway, all of whom have hidden hearts of gold. Reigen's personality jives with his existing canon and I'm sure it wouldn't take too much convincing for him to honestly be like "hey i think reigen is cool? what's so bad about him?" It might also give Reigen some way to handle his uptick of cases that involve actual ghost hunting, because Dipper actually can exorcise ghosts. (Well. Sort of.) Hey, either way his work involves less blatant lying and potential for clients to sue, so that's one for Reigen, zero for the courts!

See, before I had to erase all his jobs because they wouldn't fit into the tiny application job field, I had Dipper working as a freelance paranormal investigator. As far as I am concerned, this is still canonical to my interpretation of him. I think at first Reigen would be like "UH HEY LISTEN OVER-EXCITABLE KID THAT WAS MY DOOR" until he discovers that Dipper has technically been operating as competition for his business, which Dipper discloses as part of his work experience. He'd probably be too giddy to potentially work as a real live ghost hunter to even bother listening to Reigen in any great detail, so what might originally be irritation won't phase Dipper one iota.

Reigen seems like a (dis)reputable businessman, so I'm sure his immediate thought is: "I can sell this. And also eat the competition. Two birds with one stone."

I feel like Dipper would be perfectly happy to be his crazy occult-conspiracy-theorist-ghostology geek, in addition to handling DIY construction like fixing Reigen's now probably less impressive door. He'd make a great employee()! Plus, imagine the comedy: "I removed all traces of the ghost's energy completely from the image." ". . . uh. Did—did you just photoshop that—" "—Yes, erased completely from the image." No matter what, I am guessing this plot could be super entertaining if you're up for it.
